I joined in a swap for the new Butterfly Brilliance bundle and the limited time only paper (Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ designer series paper and Natural Touch Specialty paper).
Not only do I have the butterfly swap in this post but I have two others to show how the same layout can be made no mater what you have. One of them is even masculine.
The squares are 1 1/2″ and the mat is 1 5/8″ with alternate corners rounded.
I sprayed Frost White Shimmer Paint mixed with rubbing alcohol on both layers of the butterfly but you can’t really see it in my photos.
The dragonfly was stamped on vellum cardstock using Mossy Meadow and then embossed using clear embossing powder. It works on vellum because the dye ink doesn’t dry quickly, if at all.
My photo also doesn’t show how the gold embossing is shiny on the globe and base as well as the brass in the goldish paper.

On Tuesday I posted a fun fold swap card I made and today I’m showing what I got in return. There are a lot! Some of these cards include stamp sets from the soon to be available Holiday Catalog.

I don’t usually bring many swaps with me to OnStage because that’s just another thing to add to my To-Do list. What I normally do is bring with what I create at Demos Galore but this time many of those had Sale-a-bration paper on them and I like to swap current product. That left me with 7 cards from Demos Galore and 1 extra card from another swap. No pressure to find people to swap with this way, I was done in no time. 🙂 Kristie was even kind enough to give me one of her cards.
Last Saturday, Rachel Tessman had a shoebox swap at her house. There were 13 of us there to make cards and 14 that sent cards to be swapped. I posted my swap card on Tuesday but these are the ones I got in return.
