Today I’m playing along with Sketch-N-Scrap card sketch 239. I’m continuing my effort to use up patterned paper and loving the Blushing Bride/Merry Merlot color combination. One thing on today’s card that I haven’t remember to do for a while is add a couple of scraps of cardstock behind the sentiment layer to balance out the height with the two layered circle on the right. You may or may not be able to tell that my close up photo is showing the scraps of Merry Merlot cardstock used to level out the sentiment strip.
Supplies:
Stamp Sets – Hello Ladybug
Die Cutting & Embossing – Layering Circles dies
Punches – Medium Daisy punch
Ink – Merry Merlot stamp pad
Paper – Awash in Beauty Designer Series Paper; Basic White, Blushing Bride, & Merry Merlot cardstock
Accents & Embellishments – Opal Rounds
Tools – Paper Trimmer, Simply Scored, Bone Folder, Stamparatus, Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, Take Your Pick
Adhesive – Stampin’ SEAL, Stampin’ Dimensionals
