Susan Campfield does a weekly Facebook live for her team and a few weeks ago she showed a treat holder that she modified one she saw from B.J. Peters. I just knew I had to make it! Partly because I still had some test tube treat holders left over from a past Paper Pumpkin kit and partly because it was just so cute. Susan made hers with a penguin on the front using the Smitten Mitten bundle, I don’t have that bundle so I pulled out the Cookie-Cutter Christmas set. I always have a tough time getting a clean image with such a solid stamp, I can’t wait until I get my Stamparatus!
The marshmallows are Jet-Puffed Marshmallow bits. I colored in the rhinestones with a black sharpie (that somehow looks blue) and the dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend. Since the little gingerbread man didn’t stamp so cleanly, I colored over him with a little Wink of Stella.
The Real Red is cut to 5″ x 9 3/8″ and scored along the long edge at 3 3/4″, 4 3/8″ and 5″. Fold on the middle score line and cut two slits to the next score line so there is something to hold the test tube. I used tear and tape between the 4 3/8″ and 5″ score lines because you want something strong.
