I think I need to put the glitter away, it’s everywhere. 🙂 I’m playing along with the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch for this post. I’ve always loved the Flourishing Phrases stamp set and I pulled out my favorite ribbon again too.
For the flourish on the inside of the card, I used Smoky Slate and stamped off before stamping on the card. I wanted a lighter image.
Here is the sketch I was following:

and a few others. This may be the first time I’ve used the Lovely Lace Textured Impressions Embossing folder. It’s just so pretty, I’m not sure why I haven’t used it.

I had a really productive card making afternoon yesterday. Here is card #2 that is for the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge:
I based it on this sketch:
Here are the supplies I used:
Can you believe it?! I’m posting two days in a row!
This card is for my brother’s-in-law birthday. I’m fairly certain my family doesn’t follow my blog so it should still be a surprise in a few weeks time.
I followed the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch #151 for my template but I think I should have stopped before adding the balloons. Bright paper like this is always hard for me.
Here is the sketch
I used the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Pack, Sprinkles of Life Photopolymer Stamp Set, Tree Builder punch, Word Window punch, Banner punch, 7/8″ Scallop Circle punch, Whisper White 1/2″ Seam Binding Ribbon, and black ink.
