Stamping INKspiration May Blog Hop

This month’s theme is flowers. I’m using the new Color & Contour stamp set with the coordinating Scalloped Contours dies. I die cut the background using the largest scalloped die and then embossed it with the Parisian Flourish 3D embossing folder (one of my favorites).

I really like how the flower is a two layer stamp with the flower portion not exactly matching to give it a watercolor look. This also helps me in not trying to match it up exactly because I would try. For a little dimension, I die cut a few flowers and stacked them.
