Congratulations Kristie!

I have two Stampin’ Up! demonstrators that signed up with me and one of them now has someone signed up under her! I’m so proud of you Kristie!

I wanted to use the Plaid Tidings 6″x6″ designer series paper to make these cards and I picked out a picked out a piece that looked somewhat Halloween-y to me.

For the first card for Kristie, I embossed the brushed metallic foil using the Old World embossing folder but I didn’t like it so I embossed it again with the Tasteful Textile embossing folder. On the second card for Bert, her new demonstrator, I decided not to emboss the brushed metal piece and use the Tasteful Textile embossing folder on the Pumpkin Pie label. (The “Happy Stampin'” comes from an old demonstrator only stamp set.)

I got the sketch from The Paper Players challenge blog:

Bundles – Plaid Tidings Suite
